Zmiany organizacyjne w szkole
Wraz z nowym rokiem szkolnym, decyzją Organu Prowadzącego, w obu szkołach Regent College International Schools – w szkole podstawowej i liceum – wprowadzone zostaną istotne zmiany organizacyjne.
Od 1 września 2026 r. następuje rozdzielenie funkcji pedagogiczno-programowych od funkcji administracyjno-finansowych na stanowisku dyrektora. Dotychczasowy Dyrektor Szkoły, mgr Marek Goerick, będzie pełnił funkcję Dyrektora Finansowo-Administracyjnego.
Na stanowisko Dyrektora Szkoły powołana zostaje dr Anna Martowicz, która do tej pory pełniła funkcję wicedyrektora ds. programu międzynarodowego. Dr Martowicz będzie odpowiedzialna całościowo w szkole podstawowej i liceum za program polski i brytyjski. Podlegać jej też będą wszystkie pedagogiczno-wychowawcze aspekty pracy szkoły.
Na stanowisku wicedyrektora pozostaje mgr Mariusz Krajewski jako wsparcie Dyrektora Szkoły. Dotychczasowe obowiązki na stanowisku wicedyrektora ds. programu międzynarodowego przeniesione zostają w zakres odpowiedzialności Dyrektora Szkoły.
Dyrektora Finansowo-Administracyjnego w jego działaniach wspiera bezpośrednio Zastępca Dyrektora Finansowo-Administracyjnego – na stanowisko to zostaje powołana mgr Monika Polak.
Rolę koordynatora programu Cambridge w Szkole Podstawowej pełni nadal mgr Zuzanna Boba natomiast na stanowisko Exams Officer w liceum powołana zostaje mgr Marta Szweda.
Decyzją Organu Prowadzącego powołana do życia zostaje także fundacja Aim High! prowadząca i wspierająca inicjatywy na rzecz edukacji i kultury w mieście i poza nim. Na stanowisko prezesa fundacji powołany zostaje Marek Goerick. O samej fundacji napiszemy wkrótce więcej.

Matura 2026 – Niepubliczne Liceum Ogólnokształcące Regent ponownie w ścisłej czołówce!
Znakomite wyniki zarówno na poziomie podstawowym, jak i rozszerzonym, 1. miejsce w kilku kluczowych kategoriach i jedyna szkoła ze 100% zdawalnością w regionie – to tylko niektóre powody do radości z tegorocznych wyników matur!
Rankingi w regionie i województwie
Pod względem zdawalności Niepubliczne LO Regent zajęło 1. miejsce wśród elbląskich liceów. 100% zdawalności matury zapewniło Regentowi także miejsce w gronie zaledwie kilku liceów w województwie, które osiągnęły pełną zdawalność.
Szczególnie imponujące wyniki osiągnęli nasi uczniowie z języka angielskiego – zarówno na poziomie podstawowym, rozszerzonym, jak i dwujęzycznym zajęliśmy pierwsze miejsce w regionie. Na poziomie podstawowym nasz średni wynik to 94,1%. Na poziomie rozszerzonym zajęliśmy 1. miejsce z wynikiem 85,1% kolejne miejsca to II LO – dwa punkty procentowe niżej i I LO – 8 punktów niżej).
Szczególnie wyróżniamy się z wynikami egzaminu maturalnego z języka angielskiego na poziomie dwujęzycznym – aż 86%. Jest to najwyższy wynik w województwie! Kolejne miejsce zajęło XI Liceum Ogólnokształcące z Olsztyna (81%). W regionalnym rankingu wyników matury dwujęzycznej z języka angielskiego drugie miejsce za Liceum Regent zajęło II LO z wynikiem o 18 punktów procentowych niższym.
W egzaminie z matematyki na poziomie podstawowym Niepubliczne LO Regent uzyskało średni wynik 74,7%, zajmując 3. miejsce w regionie.
W zestawieniu obejmującym średnią z trzech obowiązkowych egzaminów na poziomie podstawowym (język polski, matematyka i język angielski) Niepubliczne LO Regent zajęło 3. miejsce ze średnim wynikiem 75,5%. Przed nami, z wynikiem o trzy punkty wyższym znalazło się II Liceum Ogólnokształcące oraz, z wynikiem o 2% wyższym, Szkoła Muzyczna.
Sukces, który buduje przyszłość
Tegoroczne wyniki matur potwierdzają, że Niepubliczne LO Regent jest szkołą, która skutecznie przygotowuje uczniów zarówno do egzaminu maturalnego, jak i do dalszej edukacji na najlepszych uczelniach.
W naszej szkole maturę polską zdawało w tym roku 12 osób. W porównaniu ze szkołami, w których egzamin zdaje kilkudziesięciu a nawet kilkuset uczniów, nawet niewielkie potknięcie sprawia, że miejsce w rankingu znacznie spada. Mimo to, jesteśmy zdecydowanie w czołówce szkół i w regionie i w województwie, a to dlatego, że rankingi to u nas tylko pochodna indywidualnego podejścia całego zespołu nauczycielskiego, codziennego inspirowania uczniów do realizowania ich potencjału i pokazywania możliwości, nie tylko edukacyjnych, jakie daje im świat.
Gratulujemy wszystkim maturzystom programu polskiego rocznika 2026 oraz dziękujemy nauczycielom i rodzicom za wspólną pracę przez te cztery lata. Trzymamy kciuki za Wasze sukcesy na poziomie uniwersyteckim! Jesteście do tych wyzwań, które Was czekają znakomicie przygotowani!
To jeszcze nie wszystko
Od dwóch lat nasi uczniowie zdają także matury brytyjskie A-Level. Wyniki tych egzaminów ogłaszane są w sierpniu. Zdążymy zatem złapać oddech po zachwytach nad wynikami matur polskich i rekordowymi wynikami tegorocznego egzaminu ósmoklasisty w naszej szkole podstawowej!
Cambridge Scientists in Action
Our laboratory came alive last week as our students successfully completed their Chemistry AS Practical Examination. It was an inspiring sight to see our young scientists working with such focus and independence, carefully managing their experiments and putting their months of rigorous preparation to the test.
Practical examinations are a cornerstone of the Cambridge curriculum, offering an invaluable bridge between theory and reality. Rather than simply memorizing equations, our students stepped out of the textbooks and into the role of active researchers.These exams give our students the chance to develop the real-world, hands-on skills that leading global universities and science industries actively look for.

An exam of this scale doesn’t happen overnight. A massive THANK YOU goes out to our incredible Chemistry teachers. Behind the scenes, they spent countless hours prepping solutions, calibrating equipment, and mentoring our students to ensure they were confident and ready to excel.

International Exam Session Begins
The halls of Regent College International Schools are buzzing with focus and determination as we start our International Exam Session. This is the moment our students have been preparing for, and we are incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication.
As a dual-certified examination center, we maintain the rigorous academic standards set by both Cambridge International Education and Oxford AQA. These prestigious partnerships ensure our students receive qualifications that are recognized and respected worldwide.
Our students in Grades 2, 3, and 4 are embarking on a significant academic journey this session. With a total of 80 exams scheduled across various disciplines, our candidates are demonstrating remarkable scholarship and commitment to their goals.

Chess battle before the exams
Despite the approaching Matura exams and the Cambridge program examination session, our high school students entered a spring chess tournament with an elite lineup. There was no shortage of the best—previous tournament winners: Jakub Stasiek and Mateusz Martewicz.
This time, however—likely due to matura preparations—victory went to their younger colleague, Filip Rogowski from grade 3, who scored 5.5 points over 7 rounds. Mateusz had to settle for silver (5 pts), while Jakub, with a score of 4.5 pts, took 5th place behind another of our graduating seniors, Aleksander Stankiewicz.
The biggest surprise was Adam Pniewski from grade 2, who collected a total of 5 points and won bronze, “snatching” several points from the favorites along the way.
The competition took place, as always, in a wonderful atmosphere. Aside from many interesting matches, there were also plenty of lively conversations and laughter, proving that chess is a great way to strengthen bonds and relieve stress before exams. This tournament will certainly be remembered by our students for a long time.

On March 20th (Friday) at 5:00 PM, we invite everyone interested in the unique educational offer of Regent College International High School to our Open Day!
