Regent College International Schools is an institution with a long history.
Regent Schools consists of:
- Regent School of Foreign Languages (founded in 1998)
- Cambridge English Examination Centre & Regent College Examination Centre (since 2009)
- Regent College International High School (since 2016)
- Regent College International Primary School established in 2014, transformed (as a result of changes in the Polish education system) from the English-speaking Regent College Junior High School.
The Regent Schools were established at the Teachers College of Foreign Languages, a university-level school that had taught over 700 English teachers since 2002. We have the privileges of public schools and are funded by Polish state grants and tuition fees.
Our headquarters and Primary School are located in a charming, historical building at 100 Królewiecka Street in Elbląg. Our High School occupies a nearby building at 96 Królewiecka Street.
What makes us stand out?
Our school is intimate, ambitious and friendly where the main goal is to educate eloquent, responsible and self-confident young people. With excellent teaching staff and rich curricula we create a truly educational environment. We give opportunities to both Polish and foreign students to learn and prosper.
Why Regent College?
- small classes and learning groups (on average 16-18 students) facilitate active participation and interaction with teachers;
- we provide an individual approach to students, support their intellectual and emotional development and the development of their interests;;
- we are experts in teaching foreign languages – in addition to English we also teach Spanish, German, and French;
- we are the only school in the region where English classes are also taught by native speakers;
- as the only school in north-eastern Poland, we have the status of a Cambridge International School; since September 2019 we have been implementing the unique Cambridge International Education program and preparing our students for IGCSE, AS and A-level exams.
